Bow Hunter Education Course Reminder

If you need, or want to take a Bowhunter Education course here's your chance.
This is a reminder that we are co-hosting a bow hunter education course, with the Marion County Sportsman's Club, coming up at the end of July. The dates for the course are July 29, July 31, and August 2. It is a Tuesday and Thursday evening and then part of the day on Saturday. The course is needed to bow hunt in certain states other than Iowa, and also in certain special park hunts within our state. So
pass the word around to anyone you know that might be interested. All hunters of any age and any part of the state may participate in this course. The class is limited to 40 participants and is on a first come, first serve basis. The notice of the course is on the Iowa DNR website, so it will probably start filling up fast.
So if you, or anyone you know is interested, let us know. Contact me, or Jerry Dowell or Boyd Mathes and we can get you signed up and give you a more detailed agenda of the course.
