Brace Height / Axle to Axle

I am looking at upgrading this year and want to get a bow that is as forgiving as possible. Which is more important in regards to forgiveness? Brace Height or Axle to Axle. For example, looking at the Tribute and Guardian, Tribute has a 7 and 3/4 inch brace height but is shorter than the Guardian. The Guradian is longer axle to axle but only has a 7 and 1/8 inch brace height. Any insight will be appreciated.

From what I know, as a rule the longer the brace height the more forgiving the bow is. However, you maybe sacrifing some speed with a longer brace height.

There are more people on here more that know more than me when it comes to this.

Longer brace height will give you most forgiveness. I have also heard that longer axle to axle bows are in general more forgiving than short bows.

I was always told if you are a bigger guy, like over 6'1" or so that those small axle to axle bows are harder to shoot. You make up for the speed loss on the longer A2A bows because of your draw length. At least that is what I've always been told.
