This happened on the 7th, just took a while to post.
On sunday morning i ws sitting in a 15 foot ladder when the sun came up, blinding me. I figured that it wasn't doing much good sitting in this stand and not being able to see so i got down and went to go say hi to my uncle. We were sitting on a hill side, each watching a different direction when i hear him start to shoot. he shoots 3 times by the time i get turned around and get my gun up on this nice solid 8 point. I get my scope on him and give him a little lead and squeeze the trigger. As soon as i shot, my uncle shot and i watched this boy drop dead in his tracks. He was headed for the fence line on a dead run, 60 yard shot with a 12 gauge. There was only one hole in him and I pulled my slug out of this boy but let my uncle take the head back with him.
