Look at the link in the first post, as these are just the things that caught my eye and you might have different interests.

As to what made it, what caught my eye:

Allow ATV operation on secondary roads (HSB662)
Change gun permit requirements for military members (HF2143)
Authorize state to issue paddlefish licenses (HF2171)
Authorize possession of certain offensive weapons (HF384)

It would have prohibited the gov from interfering with the sale of firearms and smmo during a state of emergency.
