If your disabled and looking for an early hunting opportunity. Wisconsin's deer hunting for the disabled is Oct 4 - 12. For more information go to their web site www.dnr.state.wi.us they have sponsored hunts which means that different people or orginizations arrange for the ground to hunt and provide assistances (like someone to get that dead deer out of the biggest briar patch in Wisconsin). I'm hooked up with the Whitetails Unlimited Northwest Chapter out of the Spooner area. If your interested you need to get going the registration is over on September 1.
