If you send the picture to some of the guy on here they will post it for you.

If you want to do it on you own, go to upload picture on the top bar, then read the rules of how big exactly it can be, then pick your file and what album you want it in. Then click upload and it will take you to the picture if it was able to upload. Right click on the pic, and go to properties, then highlight ALL of the HTTP:// address you see there. On your post get to where you want the pic and click image and paste the HTTP:// in there and click submit......i'd preview it first though to make sure it works!
