So my 78.36 ft lbs could be a little overkill out of my Hoyt for whitetails?

So your saying the 95.77 foot pounds that the supertec puts out might be a little much?? For those that would like to calculate it you can go to the IBA website and scroll down to the Kinetic energy caluclator and figure yours out. You need to know your arrow weight and arrow speed. Here's the link:

450 grain arrow calculated...may be heavier shooting 280fps

The limbs are 80# LC I have them set at about 74# tho
