Up here in Mn where I live a hunter just north of town shot a nice buck. Only when he turned it over to dress it out he was a she. The deer was a doe. I guess this does't happen very often!
 
I saw a deer like you mentioned here in Oklahoma last year. The deer was a doe but had a rack with 6 points. The antlers were all still in velvet.
 
There was a big write up in the paper. I was wondering if he had a doe tag?
 
Some does and nuetered bucks not only can have racks, but often they never shed any so they have multiple beams. Post a pic.

I have that paper with the pic of that deeer its a nice 13 point few would pass on BY the way MN buck you know anyone from Cosmose i have family there

I once saw a female that was actually a male...wait a minute, that was during a trip to San Francisco. Never mind.
