Double check me on this, but I think Arrest is the WI version of Select or Arrow 2EC. It is also generically available as clethodim. If it were me, I would go with the cheaper generic clethodim.
100% go with generic Clethodim with crop oil from above (I think rural king carries crop oil too). They sell you the same thing and multiply the price by who knows how much. no brainer.
