Can't tell if that's honeysuckle or coralberry.

I'd guess that honeysuckle should be starting to leaf out already, so I'd go with coralberry.

Looks like coralberry/buck brush to me. My property has a lot of it. Forester said it is a good native to have. Produces little red berries. Good cover.
