I have a 300 acre switchgrass field to archery hunt with NO tress..Any good ideas??

Get a pointing dog so you have time to prepare for a shot before the bird flushes.

Seriously, I have no idea how I'd approach hunting deer in that situation.

Make your self a ground blind out of cut switch grass.

Also tri-pod stand with switchgrass mounted on it with zip-ties

Or burn it then they will have to bed in the timber

A tent blind works well once you scout out runways in the switch.

Most likely not possible but if you can have the landowner mow a path thru it using a major runway...they will follow it like a puppy on a string!

Good luck!

Just like hunting any where key into where they are going to eat or drink and wait them out at the edge. Any water holes in that 300 acres? If so thats where I would be in a portable blind or maybe a pit blind with a roof if allowed. Any aerials you have might help.
