IBA Link & Joining Online

Two things:

First, why not a permanant link to the IBA's website on the front page?

Second, it would be great if one could join the IBA or renew a membership online rather than printing and mailing. I've been offline for a few days and after getting back and reading a few posts, I have a strong urge to renew my membership RIGHT NOW!
