Hello everyone,
I would like to invite you all to the annual Sportsmen's Dinner to be held Feb. 2 starting at 5:30 PM. We will start off with a wild game dinner (please just bring a plate of wild game, even possum stew is accepted!) and then break out into seminars. Some of the available seminars will include:
Hunting and Growing Whitetails by Bill Winke
Communicating with Whitetails by Rod White
State Forestry Program with DNR District Forester Lisa Hoffmann
Upcoming Projects at Geode State Park with Ranger Robert Steele
Bird Dog Training with Ken Peterson
Bass Fishing with Dan Goakie
Planning an African Safari by yours truly.
There is no charge for this event and you do not need to preregister-just show up! We will also have tons of displays and will end the evening with a presentation by our keynote speaker, Gerry Caillouet of God's Great Outdoors. This is an outreach program and you will hear a presentation of the gospel from Gerry
during his talk (just so there are no misunderstandings).
The event will be held at Harmony Bible Church, 21589 Highway 79, Danville, Iowa 52623. It is in SE Iowa in Des Moines County. For a driving map, please go to http://www.harmonybiblechurch.com
