Sligh reported last week that is was dropped/done/over. “Bites the dust” were his words. I hope so.
Let's hope it doesn't go thru. Outfitting may be the single worst thing out there to destroy age structure. Look what happen to Pike county Illinois. It went from being maybe the best county in the USA for quality bucks to one of the worst in Illinois in a short time span due mainly to outfitters.

Outfitting subcommittee was “signed off on for more discussion”. It had unanimous opposition at the sub committee meeting.
It may be “alive” technically but I was told last week that it’s toast. Now…. This is coming from some legislators & I suppose things could change. So…. I’d say it’s toast but I don’t want to take it off radar. It could be like the bad guy in the movie that comes back to life. We will keep tabs on it.

I personally like the stiffer penalties bill!!!!!

All the bad bills of last couple years …. Ironic how 2 names have been on many of them: Klimesh & Driscoll. Those are 2 I have never met or spoken to as well. Folks need to be reaching out to those 2!!

We’ll knock these bad bills out. Need everyone’s help but we have the right forces hired & working for the good guys. IBA is right on cue with keeping us updated & standing up for the hunters!!! Thank u all!!

I love the stiffer penalties but I would like to see it applied to ALL trespassing. I see almost all of my scumbag trespassers in the spring looking for sheds and mushrooms (ie crack cash, meth monies)
