What are they rescuing them from? Did the lake flood and they got trapped in back water?

I honestly have no idea how it happened. But my guess is.....The lake flooded and the fish went up over the spillway, slid down the concrete overspill, into the creek that the extra water runs into. Then id guess they got down to the very bottom of the creek in the most shallow water the fish could get in to. Then they pushed the creek "and fish" all the way up to the spillway. Theres about 6 different videos on there and i heard a guy say they had 43 at one time. Sounds like there efforts paid off.
