North Dakota issues nonresident any-deer bow licenses
Wildlife officials say all of North Dakota's nonresident any-deer archery licenses have been issued through a lottery drawing. The licenses are good for either white-tailed or mule deer.
The Game and Fish Department says 1,091 licenses were available and 1,172 out-of-state hunters submitted applications. Unsuccessful applicants will have their names put on a waiting list in case any licenses are returned.
Nonresidents still can buy a white-tailed deer bow license. There is no limit to the number of those licenses issued each season, though there is a limit of one deer bow license per hunter.
