Nebraska</st1:State> Unveils New Wildlife Commission Website

<st1:City w:st="on">LINCOLN</st1:City>, <st1:State w:st="on">Neb.</st1:State>- Interactive map tools, new fonts and updated graphics and layouts will help users access information more quickly and easily on the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission's newly redesigned Web site.
The simple and clean site design is a part of the Commission's mission to continuously meet the needs of the public by providing improved navigation, better organization of content, interactive opportunities, and current Web site technology.
The improved Web site, located at OutdoorNebraska.org, contains the following new features:
- a precise menu with constant navigation that gives users a clearer indication of pages that exist on the site;
- an enhanced navigation structure of content that is categorized based on the user needs;
- an interactive map tool that aids in planning things such as hunting, fishing, canoeing, and parks trips;
- an improved outdoor calendar that highlights all of the Commission events;
- a more robust search feature that will help the public find needed information;
- an online community page that will give customers access to the Commission's latest news and social media community;
- and a new Outdoor Report that allows users to post field reports.
In coming months, additional enhancements and content will be added to improve and simplify the site. The redesign is intended to ensure that the site remains effective and user-friendly.
