deerdoc, I saw a picture of the deer from Mount Vernon. I saved it but now I can't find it. If I run across it I'll post it. It was a hoss for sure, but I can't recall what the score ended up being. I'm thinking it was in an issue of Missouri Game and Fish. Might check their web site to see if it is still in there.
