<ST1:pNorth Dakota Game and Fish Department big game biologist Bill Jensen is working with 44 landowners in 24 hunting units across the state that want to host antlerless deer hunts in 2009.
<O:p</O:p
“The current list of landowners has more than 540 openings for doe hunters,” Jensen said. “In fact, several landowners have now dropped out of the program because they have developed solid relationships with hunters the past few years that they now welcome them back every year. This is how we intended it to work”

The Game and Fish Department first started working with landowners for the private hunts and developing contact lists in 2006, Jensen said.

Interested hunters can get their name on a list of possible participants by accessing the North Dakota Game and Fish Department’s Hunter Contact Form. Hunters may also call the department’s main office in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com

Never been there. It would be a blast to go and pop a doe and then shoot coyotes for a few days. That would prly have me doing one of these...
