I just wanted to let you guys know if you know anyone that would like to go Oseola Turkey hunting in Basinger FL. (Okeechobee County) A friend of mine does guided turkey hunts down there on a 640 Acres piece that has plenty of birds. He is the only one that hunts there and only takes 4 to 6 birds a year. He had a couple guys cancel on him so he has a opening for a couple guys. It would include Lodging but no meals. Its a 3 day hunt but would stay a little longer with you if need be never been a problem so far. He has been doing this for 7 years and is very good at it. The cost is $1,200 which sounds expensive for a turkey hunt but this is one of very few places you can kill Oseola's at in the country. Let me know if you know anyone that would be interested in it or would like more info or pictures. It opens March 21 and goes on for 4 weeks. Andy
