Poast Plus Mix Rate for Food Plots

Can someone please tell me the correct mix ratio for Poast Plus. I have several smaller clover/alfalfa/chicory plots I need to spray. I only have access to a small spot sprayer. The label on my jug is in bad shape. I haven't found a consistant answer on the internet. Do I need to use a crop oil? Also, what's everyone using to control broadleaf weeds in your plots?

Use 2-4DB for broadleafs (not 2-4D!)
