priceless feeling

Just thinking about the bird I was able to harvest yesterday. Probably was hatched the spring I took over as landowner. In that time I've taken 6 other birds there but this was one that at least MAY have benefited all its life from the management practices I have put in place. Prescribed burns, mowing, TSI, foodplots have all been implemented with help from Raven. The next big step will be when one of the kids are old enough to hunt with me. I don't mean to sound like the ad but it really is a priceless feeling.
