I have a question about the fall turkey season.

Can I buy a fall gun turkey tag valid from Oct. 13- Dec. 5 and fill it with my bow?

I know in the spring you can fill gun tags with bows but it reads different on the fall tag.

I get the feeling I cannot.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yep, the gun license is a combo, gun/bow license. The bow is bow only. Bow only started Oct. 1 but gun/bow doesn't start until Oct. 15th.

Hey, I had a tom gobbling his head off before leaving the roost yesterday morning about a hundred yards from me.

Of course, I had purchased the G/B tag myself. Another week and he's in trouble.
