Rainy 2024

Me an 3 buddies made the trip north to the mecca of spring walleye fishing. Rainy river is king in the spring if mother nature allows. Low flow had the fish a little more spread out an not relating to the seams nearly as much as normal. Our boat had a fish count of 187 and other boat at 253 in 4 days of fishing. With 63 of those fish being over 25 inches. I finally cracked the 30" mark. Overall a great trip with good friends, laughs, and memories to last a lifetime.

Yes sir! 56 inch dino. We heard reports of guys catching 20-30 a DAY while we were up there.

Been there maybe 10 times.
Everything but 1 was cold, raining, blizzards and dodging icebergs.

That ship sailed years ago.

The fishing can be World Class though!

This was my 3rd time there. The first 2 were busts. Mother nature knows how to protect her own.. that's for sure.
