Recommendations for atv seed/fertilizer spreader?

I have a tractor mounted broadcast seeder that works well for all types of seeds but I now find myself wanting to put a couple of plots where a tractor cannot get to. I liked the looks of one of the cabelas models but some of the reviews said it would not work for oats seed. Does anyone have a recommendation for an atv seeder?

Kind of a side bar, but I am curious how do you clear the area where you can't get a tractor into to prep the area? I have a spot that I just can't get a tractor into that I want to plant to clover.
