Scan the photo so it's 400 x 300 pixels and 72 DPI ( dots per inch ) you should be able to set your scanner by using it's software.
Save the photo as a JPEG on your desktop, once you have it saved go to the UPLOAD link on the Homepage. Click on the Browse button and find your saved JPEG, click on SUBMIT QUERY and before you know it you'll see your photo.
Simply RIGHT CLICK on the photo, click on properties and copy the file name, it will be something like...
Example,
http://www.iowawhitetail.com/upload/yourphoto.htm
Paste this to your page you are posting your message and put
behind the above URL.
Click on Submit Reply and your photo will show up.
Now we know this sounds detailed and hard, its not at all. The reason you need to UPLOAD is you need your photo attached to a website or URL before it will show up. As far as the image size goes most pics we get are huge, like 1600 x 1200 and we have to reduce. The stands for image and thats what makes it show up in the Conference.
