Went out tonight to scout our bean field and didn't see one single deer. There were about 30 out there a few days ago. Just when I'm about to leave a guy pops out of the woods and heads straight for me across the bean field. He has no idea I'm there until he gets about five yards away and I come out from behind the tree.

He was shaking so bad he could barely talk. He told me he was looking for a place to go camping with his kids. I let him off easy because I thought the guy was going to have a heart attack right then and there and I didn't want to have to drag him back to the road! I don't think I'll be seeing that guy anytime soon.

That is BS... I hate when people think they can just trapse all over where ever they want!

Must agree with waitn4rut, I would have unloaded on the guy to really DRIVE HOME THE POINT.

People that tresspass are POS's no way around it in my mind. I've ripped into a few guys over the years and have never seen them in the woods again...I'm pretty sure a couple of them "high-powered" some of the buck on that land though.

Man, I get really irked about this kind of thing. That guy knew he was busted and knew when he saw you that he was a low down dirty POS. I would have called the local Conservation Officer. That is exactly why I have my local CO's number programed in my cell phone.
 
Hey, hey, hey!!! You can't call someone a POS on this site there will be certain people asking for your bannishment!
I called a low down no good poacher a POS and had a few defend him, and ask for my banishment!!
Just a word of warning to you.
 
Naw I wouldn't be like that, I mean especially If it wasn't my property to begin wit and i'm just hunting it... I"d leave that to the big hoss.. Plus theres that whole golden rule thing...we have to many hot heads as it is anywayz
