School and campus shootings???

Anybody else agree that it is time to allow people that have concealed permits to carry while on campus? There is no doubt in my mind that if at least one student or a professor in each class had a concealed handgun on them, that the number of dead would go down. Just knowing that students and faculty may be carrying would be a deterrant as to thinking one can just go in and shoot up his or her class. I saw a professor from Kansas University on O'Reilly factor last night, and he feels the same. He has a concealed permit, and yet the law prevents his right to carry and protect himself while at work.

Agree 110%. Hell the campus police aren't even allowed to carry at most schools. What is wrong with people? Don't they understand that its only a gun-free school zone for the victims?

I dunno but its scary to think about and i dont even go to a big school. too many crazys out there.

I went to a school with about 3000 kids. They had cops around the school all the time. And had 9 security guards that were in certain parts of the school. They had pepper spray and the cops couldnt take guns into the school. I kid you not when i say their was atleast 1 fight every day. Makes you think about what you say to other people. The kids were out of contol in L.N.E and teachers didnt do much about it. Moved back to my old school with about 900 kids K-12.
