SF 2065 L.O.T in any season

This bill would allow the use of a land owners antlerless only tags be used in any season. Currently land owners, their families, tenants and their families can get two antlerless tags but they have to be used in the season they declare.

I'm pretty neutral on this. Not a big deal much one way or the other. I don't feel like us landowners don't have it easy enough to get antlerless tags nor do I think this change will hurt anything population wise.
