Again another shotgun season approaches, and I am excited to get into the woods with a gun again. This an excellent time to sit in the woods because so many people are stirring up those deer for you. I can not wait the opener for so many reasons, but I also know the there are some reasons I dread it every year because of run ins with the hunters that give everyone else a bad name for just plainly being slobs and not following the law. I would just like to remind everyone that we are representing the hunting public to everyone everyday we hunt. I hope this fall everyone thinks clearly and acts appropropriately when they grab that gun and the blaze orange vest. I am just expressing some views for us to remember when we head afield for our shotgun opener. Good luck to everyone and safe hunting.
