My fatherinlaw picked up this harrow for a high priced $15 
Gave it a nice International red paint job
If anyone has used on on their plots, do I need to add weight? Hoping it will work nicely for "discing" in lime and fert. Any creative ways to add the weight if its needed so the springs can be lowered and raised without having to take the weight on and off?
