Still Green

[Central Iowa]

Took some pictures Friday of a Winter Wheat, Rye, Buck Forage Oats mix as well as strips of Alfalfa. As you can see there is still alot of green in the plot. This plot was utilized heavily all fall and early winter untill the Brassicas really turned on and deep snow came. I bet it was starting to get utilized again as as the snow melted. Food sources are getting scarce. But after last night I bet it's covered in another thick white blanket.

Travis would that squirrels intials be GS, if so he has been getting a few of mine. It's only a matter of time before I catch him though!
