Trophy Taker Shakey Hunter Rest - HELP !!!

I just bought a TT Shakey Hunter and I have some questions I thought you guys might be able to help me with - examples:

1) Do you want the launcher arm to fall onto the bow shelf or not?

2) Do you want the launcher to rise up the last inch of draw or more?

3) How do you eliminate the load metallic sound when the launcher tab hits the body of the rest (the launcher drops back down)?

4) Regular cord or bungee cord?

5) Moleskin on the launcher or is there something better?

Sorry for all the questions guys; it's the first dropaway I have set up. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. THANKS

1.) Yes
2.) Last Inch
3.) Felt Pads
4.) Use the same thing as you would for a D-Loop.
5.) Mole skin is fine
6.) Congradts and Good Luck

Some of that mole skin on the shelf of the bow will help keep the noise down when it drops away, too.

Use the small limb savers the one that have a diameter of about a dime. Stick one on the edge of the rizer so it just barely sticks up above the platform. Your rest will smack it and there will be virtualy no noise.
