Well I knew I wasn't going to be going turkey hunting until 2nd season. It was killing me to know that I couldn't be in the woods so I did like all normal (imo) people would do. I went fishing. The six are from 4/14 (7pm-8pm)
They range from 10.5" to just a hair shy of 12" (bottom left and middle right respectively). my knife skills were rusty at best, but I still ended up with some good meat.
Add my post turkey hunting 14.75" slab and 18" eye to the mix
plus my turkey and the five shrooms I found last night and I'm damn near ready to have a feast.
I hope to catch more fish tonight and pick more shroom next week. I'll keep ya'll posted.
