When will this be done

I am not a techy person, even though at work I am on a computer the entire day. I suppose that may be why, but I literally have no patience for this..

I want to just log into the website, type in my password and be good to go. Today was the first time in a few days I logged in, simply because I dont have the patience to do this every time.
