X Stand customer service

For anyone that it may concern I had a minor issue with the Paragon stand from x stand out of the box. I sent in 3 pictures in an email and was told to call the customer service number to get it resolved. 3 minutes on the phone and the new parts are on the way. Good experience.

Update: got the new part quickly, but is is almost as crooked as the first. I still can't use the stand and they are not responding to my emails now. I am very disappointed as the whole stand seems cheap. I got a Hawk Kickback and it is so far above as far as quality I am astounded. Wish I could file a complaint with the TMA.
