I've been snacking on some of the bear jerky I made. A little more black pepper than needed but good none the less! I also had some Italian sausage made. Thats good stuff! 25lbs cost $18.00 wrapped and frozen. Don't let anyone tell you bear is not good table fair. I't a matter of taking care of it after the kill. I suggest everyone give an archery bear hunt a go.
