I think land is high here.. then I talk to my friends in Wisconsin and Illinois and get reminded we have it pretty darn good...

Expanding on above. We no longer mow switchgrass.... ever. Duracor is the bomb. Highly recommend.

One minute I'd sell the next I wouldn't. Would like to figure the thing out but set it up with 44 or 357 mag to hunt with.

Those 2 counties aren’t booming with deer anymore either…. Would have loved to see it closed for a year or two for some rebound. My farm...
