Got my bow buck back from Lynn at Wolfe taxidermy and antler creations and I think it looks great in my basement! had to share:)

How did you do the wall? I am re-doing my trophy room and I wanted to use barn boards but they are way too expensive.

To get barn boards...knock on a few doors and offer to take some down off of a unused building and split them with the owner...I bet you could get plenty for free, or close to it.

For my basement- check out a thread I did on my basement project. I did by step but it's raw alder wood that I ripped down and stained myself. PM me with any questions and happy to help out.

You could put this in a corner- would need to build an extension for the receiver- he way Wolfe taxidermy does his mounts- he wields a sweet male and female attachments that go on the deer and walk that make hanging the mount really easy and sturdy

And this buck is believed to be 6.5 but only a couple years of history so not exactly sure. Was a memorable hunt the day I shot him for forgettable reasons- but made a great story:)
 
He looks great. I just picked that form (I think) for my late season deer. Extreme turn. Is it a McKenzie form?
