Increase in NR tags HF 2517

If revenue is the driving force for increasing tag numbers, I would certainly be willing to pay full price for landowner tags also to maintain our current system.

Increase in NR tags HF 2517

There is way more wealth than acres. The price per acre does not concern the real money. The tag issue does. I sold a high-end hunting property and know first hand what kind of money is out there waiting in the wings. I used to think that having a few million dollars was big money. It is...

Increase in NR tags HF 2517

Actually, we keep the value down so our residents can make a living raising cattle and hay and still have a place to hunt. If NRLO's got tag concessions the land would skyrocket overnight. But, you know that. You just make sport of saying the opposite of what is correct because it amuses you...

How has it worked out for you so far?

Increase in NR tags HF 2517

My Dad always said, "Mess with the bull, and you'll get the horn." There are a LOT of NRLO's that wish guys like you would keep your mouth shut and quit waking the sleeping dogs. But, I'm glad guys like you keep the pot stirred up to remind us to fight for what our residents deserve. lol

    What are you saying here????

Increase in NR tags HF 2517

Nope. We can just eliminate party hunting for nonresidents and make sure that selling of tags is illegal and fined severely. Easy fix. I think we can get the support of CO's and change this within a year or two.

Increase in NR tags HF 2517

I didn't realize that nonresidents were paying residents in Minnesota for the opportunity to party hunt with them for bucks. My guess is that you are comparing apples to oranges here. Enforcement nightmare is not a term I coined, it was told to me by a couple of CO's. I can only assume they...

Increase in NR tags HF 2517

It is a fact and I know of multiples. I did what I felt was appropriate. Not all non-residents are the boogeyman. I know some that are more ethical than many of the locals. But, the loophole is an enforcement nightmare and needs closed. I don't blame the residents either. Some of them are...

Increase in NR tags HF 2517

They can hunt turkey, pheasant, quail, rabbits, ducks, squirrels, woodchucks, mushrooms, coyotes, raccoons and the list goes on. Unless, you think some of these guys just bought ground in Iowa because you think they want to come hunt trophy bucks? They can hunt every single year and have a...

Senate version of NRLO bill SSB 3129

Again, that was AFTER you posted my full name, county and township of one of my properties. The veiled threats were pretty disgusting also. But, you keep playing the victim. You are very good at it. Must be very frustrating to not get your way.

Correct, not you. I actually respect you. I dont agree with you on all points, but you never took it to nasty PM's and veiled threats like one of your fellow NRLO's did.

Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum. Like a bad hangover. Loved the earlier comments about stalking. Reminded me of the time that one of you posted my name, and land locations. Funny how that is now frowned upon by you. Weird. Keep banging those heads against the wall boys.
