I would sure think the numbers of applicants is down, but who knows? Resort business is up in MN, so it is not like everyone is staying home.
Screening the road is very important. We did that in MN on a busy road, and it changed everything as far as wildlife movement.
Good areas with productive small lakes—Alexandria, Longville, Battle Lake, Park Rapids.
