Well, I got back out to the plots this weekend. I planted last saturday and got 4-5 inches of rain in the next 2 days.....Feeling good about what I saw. Both the soybeans and the radishes are about 3 inches up!!!
Same here. Planted our 2 plots Saturday afternoon after a small shower, then got 4" of rain on Sunday!!! Cant wait to go out and check things out in a week or so:)
So I was looking through their catalog. Wondering if anyone has used their "Big Buck Brassica Mix"? It seems to have what I was thinking I wanted. If anyone has used it, what are thought/results from using it?
My only concern, was whether or not the beans would be big enough soon enough as to not get drowned out by the radishes and purple tops. Was thinking maybe planting the beans and waiting till they pop to plant the rest??
I got a free bag of soy beans from a buddy a couple weeks ago. Was going to plant them by now but havent had the chance to do it. Any harm in planting them with my turnips and sugar beets in few weeks?
thanks in advance!
