If you guys listen to podcasts, check out Lees interview on bow junky media. Guy loves deer. He even goes as far as spraying his farms with a fogger for bugs. "Less stress the bigger they get". Also on that particular podcasts he made comments that he allows local law enforcement to come out and...
Just curious why you say that luke? Encore build will do 2400-2500 max. And a 700 ml build will easily do 2800fps. Roughly for the same price. I'm not looking for an argument, I'm just curious why that is?

Talk a soil test and send it off for sample. I can tell you exactly what you'll need for your tote. Water is roughly 8lbs per gallon, sulfer and 32% nitrogen are 11.04 ppg. Heavy p n k blends will weigh 12.6ppg.
Very true, flatheads will eat anything. But for your stance would you want someone to eat say 3 20lb flatheads vs 1 50lb flathead? To protect the walleye your fishing for? I can tell you some of my baits are pushing 2lbs, and I'll catch anything from 5-65 lbs. Small flats eat big baits. Again to...
In my county there are far more 40+lb flatheads id say. Just for my county. Different river different fish. Cedar river is much bigger than the wapsi where I fish. But wapsi produces much bigger fish.
Big flatheads are territorial? I mean to each there own. You dont need to justify the fish you keep to eat to anyone for that matter. But is that the real reason or no? For me, there's no bigger thrill than watching people in my boat pull in a giant fish. I personally have too much respect for...
I think the gen II vortex does not stand well with smokeless. But the original vortex do fine. I have a sightron s-tac moa 2 4x20 on my smokeless, very nice scope. Seems to be holding up well.
The guy in the video did say he no more moa on the scope, absolute furthest he could shoot it. I suppose you could do that with alot of guns.? I'm not for or against it, just what I've seen on YouTube.
I watched a youtube video on it. I believe they used a 270grain bullet,Used BH209 102 grains. And I believe they got around 2150fps, shot it out to 725 yds. They seemed very impressed with the gun, but maybe it was cva doing it, I can't remember.
I think by allowing only shotguns up too this point, the vast majority of big deer get away during shotgun drives. Throw in a flat shooting 270. Or 30-06 or whatever. If you see it, it has alot more chance of dying.
