Quest for Hank! 2015 bow buck

This season started with me putting out cameras to hopefully find the buck we call Hank! I have had history with this buck for couple years now and I call him Hank because he is a 5 1/2 year old bruiser buck and my grandpas name was Hank. The both have the personality of an old stubborn man that everyone respects! So I put my camera out where I knew his home range was hoping he made it through the winter. First pull and there he was. However is was strange because my camera had been out there for 2 months and only had one photo of him so that made me nervous. Here he is in early oct.

So here it is November 6 and the rut is on and I haven't sat in this stand all year ( I only sit in this stand during the rut). The stand is right in his core area and a big traveling pinch point. I get off work at 1 and get in my stand about 230. 320 I see him about 70 yards out walking right to me. I ended up shooting him at 15 yards. He went 40 yards then he was done! Dead ringer freak nasty did its job again!

Nice buck! Congrats. I think you've got another nice deer running around because the trail camera picture looks like a different deer.
