Millennium G100

So I love the comfort of my g100. Last year it started squeaking. I contacted Millennium and they told me to tighten some of the bolts. I did that and it helped for awhile. But now I got it out again and it squeaking more than before. I tightened everything as tight as I want to go without starting to strip and break things.
The noise seems to be coming from where the legs bolt at the top. I’ve taken these out inspected them and put a light coat of lithium grease on them. This did not help at all.
I am not sure what my next step should be to fix this issue. To me the plastic spacers are the culprit for the noise. They have a radius so I don’t think I can just replace them with Teflon washers?
Any ideas on a fix for this would be much appreciated.
