P spray amount?

What you buy ready to use is .5% so that is what I try to mix up.

For a gallon, you want .64oz of full strength (128*.005). My concentrate is 36%, so I would use 1.7oz of the concentrate to the gallon (.64/.36).

So, 2oz of 36% concentrate in a gallon of water will get you a little stronger than the .05%.

If you have a different concentrate, just substitute the % concentrate in the above formula where I have .36. If you want a quart, use 32 instead of 128 in the formula.

You need 6.4 ounces of 10% per gallon to get to .5%. Your 1 ounce to a gallon is way too weak.

Six ounces?!! Directions I found for livestock says 8 ounces to 6 gallons of water? You say 6 ounces to one gallon?

If you had your own answer, why even ask? If you do what I said, you will have exactly the ratio you buy buy in the "ready to use" spray bottles from Sawyer. But, it is obvious you are going to do something different anyway.
