Off topic, maybe controversial but a lot of fun & excitement!!!!

For now... we need a TRUMP LANDSLIDE!!!!! It needs to be so bad that the Media, liberal lunatics, socialists, police & America haters, hollywood, big tech, etc - are licking their wounds for a long time!!! (Yes, I know- they will go further insane & deranged no matter what) I think it’s probably a long shot but still possible.

Any EXPERT or ANYONE trying to predict the future & results - they are usually wrong. I do really hope & pray this is a 2016 repeat. This is middle America, working class VS media, big tech, academia, left wing nuts, etc. We got less than a month!!!
One advantage I honestly think we have..... we have ENTHUSIASM & folks who go beyond just emotion are astounded at the things done in last 4 years. Any objective person can look at the left wing alignment trying to take trump down for 4 years & see through it. WE HAVE THE TRUTH & FACTS on our side. They have DERANGEMENT & DEMENTIA on their side. RESULTS VS EMOTIONS on nov 3!!!
 
I thought Pence did a great job. He's very smooth and well thought out. How he remained calm every time Harris puts on that stupid smile and goes "Excuse me, I'm talking" I don't know.

I'd sit down and share a meal with Pence. ;) Only got to hear a bit of the debate last night on the radio. Going to listen to the rest of it soon today. What I heard on C19 about how the Trump team lied and failed miserably at responding properly and timely, I wanted to jump through the radio and strangle that lying C U Next Tuesday. It's a new deadly and contageous airborn virus for crying out loud. There are going to be casualties. Trump was called a xenophobe by Biden and others when he immediately shut down travel to and from China. Maybe what we should be concentrating on is the physical health of our population. Comorbidities are the single highest driving factor behind how C19 affects you. If you're young and healthy, you're typically asymptomatic. If you're elderly and/or already have one foot in the grave, your probably going to have a rough go of it if you catch it. The same can be stated for catching a common cold or flu virus. Oh, and cloth face masks do ZERO to stop the spread of an aersolized virus, so it makes no difference if everyone wore them 100% of the time, or nobody wore them. Social distancing and shutdowns only elongate the rate of infection across the population. What should have been done is to allow the young healthy people to carry on life as usual, and take measures to protect the vulnerable, in order to reach herd immunity. Just like Sweeden. Pence is a class act and Harris is a hack.
 
I've watched the VP debate 3 and a half times now. Pence is SMOOTH! What a stand up guy. I sure hope he runs in 2024. Harris came across as smug and condescending, but the MSM has been trashing Pence for 'Man Splaining', which is absolute garbage. I know I'm biased, but hands down Pence won that debate. I honestly can't see how anybody in their right mind could have seen it any other way. Turns out many people aren't in their right minds. I hope and pray Trump watched and picked up some master debate pointers from his VP. Trump 2020! Pence 2024!

MSM has been trashing any conservatives for 30+ years. It’s so ridiculous & shameful. MSM & the Democrat party are one in the same. Partners. Democrats have a large party they own: the media, academia, big tech, etc. They have a government dependent economy (businesses & gov agencies) that gets billions & trillions of gov $’s over time that will fight to get more funding & destroy a candidate that doesn’t keep the gravy rolling in. Countless countries that suck off the US - want to keep the bennies & favors coming. The forces against Trump & Conservatives are pretty insane!!!! Forces that want a corrupt empty vessel in the whitehouse.

We have the common sense middle America working man & woman on our side largely. We got a FIGHTER in WH right now battling all these lunatics & corrupt phonies. Hope everyone on here has voted. This household sent absentee ballots back yesterday!!!
 
Possibly the worst so far is the bill on the 25thA that 'she' is proposing, just so that she can be VP. How is this allowed to happen?!

I'll be crawling out of a southern Iowa treestand late morning Nov. 3 to make the trip back to Des Moines to cast a vote in person. I'll stand there all day and miss my evening hunt to cast my vote if I have to. You could give me a choice of shooting a 220" on Nov 3rd or going to vote and 1000 times out of 1000 I will pick the voting booth. Sure, I could vote absentee but I don't want any funny business happening with my ballot. Literally nothing short of the world ending will stop me from voting. All of us MUST have the same attitude.

This election is important. The left's inability to directly answer whether they'll pack the courts tells you EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW about their intentions. Once again, they're showing you that when they can't win with the rules in place, they'll change the rules until they can. If you believe in personal responsibility, family values, our constitution, law and order, the right to make decisions that are best for YOU and your FAMILY; there's only one way you can be voting on November 3rd. I understand not liking Trump's personality, what he says, or how he goes about things, etc. but look at what he's doing and look at what his opponents want to do. You can't deny the results. You can't deny the strong economy. You can't deny he's the only President in my lifetime that hasn't gotten us into another needless foreign conflict. You can't deny the peace deals. Look at the results. They said he'd crash the economy, WRONG. They said he'd start WW3, WRONG. They said he'd remove people's rights, WRONG. They said he was a dictator, LOL WRONG.

Reach out to friends and family that hold similar values to you and make sure they are getting to the voting booth and understand what this election means. Have conversations. That neighbor that never votes, help them understand what's at stake and go to the polls together. That buddy that loves his guns but has never voted, make sure he understands what's at stake with 2A, help him register, and get him to the polls. That younger coworker that shares your values, make sure they're voting because statistically speaking, they're probably not planning on it. If they're someone on the fence, talk to them about why you're voting for who you're voting for. If they're leaning Biden, show them the other side of the coin because odds are they're making their decision based on the smear job of the last 4 years on the nightly news.

Look, I'm a young buck compared to most on here at 27. This is only my 3rd Presidential election. Including midterms, this will be my 5th time voting. I've always felt the "That party is trying to destroy this country!" narrative was just empty pandering. But I feel different this year and will be voting straight ticket R for the first time in my life (don't ignore senate and house races either, they are just as important as POTUS, if not more important). I don't want civil war but I'm very worried that we are trending that direction. Probably not this year, maybe not 10 years from now. But I'm afraid it might be coming someday. Great nations never fall from an outside force, they crumble from within. If things turn sour in the coming decades, people my age are going to be around to live it. Kids, a family of my own, etc. isn't even on the horizon for me yet but I'm very concerned about the idea of my future children not enjoying the same United States of America that I enjoyed growing up and the opportunity this great country provides. I'm very concerned that all of my hard work up to this point in my life will be for nothing. Please, please, please go vote and get everyone you know that shares your values to go vote as well. It's so important.

Man I have always voted with a mail in ballot. I really like it because on the races where im unfamiliar with the candidates, I can do some research at home before filling in the bubble. And of course it frees me up to hunt if i’m not working.
 
Did anyone else have a letter from the center for voter information show up the same day as there absentee ballots?
Is that really a non partisan group?

That's understandable but it's not too hard to find your ballot online and research ahead of time. And with a smart phone it's easy to look stuff up away from home too. In addition, I'm definitely not going to mail my ballot when the Postal Workers Union has endorsed Biden and the stories of ballots being found in road ditches continue to pile up.

Nothing will keep me from voting in person on Nov 3rd either. And I'm also voting straight party Republican for the first time ever. I'll never vote for another Socialist as long as I live. We MUST win this one and back this administration to continue implementing the necessary changes and draining the swamp. Once enough eligible voters are sucking off the Socialistic government teet, Republicans will never win another election and we can kiss our country and constitution goodbye. We might already be there today.

Just do your research well ahead of time as they frown on cell phone usage in the voting booth. Pretty sure you weren't advocating that, just wanted to throw it out there. And I will be voting in person Nov. 3rd.

Yes, I meant more along the lines of probably having to stand in line at the polls and you can read all you want with the device in your pocket right up until you get your ballot. However, honestly you should have your ballot memorized front and back before you even get to the polls and know exactly how you'll be voting.

If you need a sneak peak of what's on your ballot, here's one place to do it. Just enter your address. Local races like Sheriff, etc. might be harder to find info but this is a start.

I'm not a fan of mail-in voting or voting on election day so today I voted in person at my courthouse. It's nice they have it open from 10/5 - 11/2; gives people plenty of time to get it done.

I don't even trust them enough to do that. Too easy for corrupt people to say "Oopsies, gee we lost the early voting ballots. Bummer. Oh well!"

I suppose fraud will find a way regardless but I guess I don't want to give anyone time to gameplan.

Guess if they can "lose" early ballots they can just as easily "lose" the ballots on election day. If our counties are that corrupt we've got bigger things to worry about.

I agree, if corruption runs that deep, it's not going to matter when you vote.
I vote absentee every year, I think I've voted in person once in my life. I hate crowds and lines.
