I get it very bad every year. In doctors office multiple times per year. Thus year have been scrubbing with wash cloth and dawn soap every time if have been in the woods. I got a slight case earlier this year but fended it off by scrubbing and washing twice a day. So far so good this year.

Check out huntsoft. You have to pay for it but it pulls all this info for you when you load your pictures on it. I am trying it this year.

Looks great! I have built 3,own one lick creek blind, and 2 redneck blinds. Have always thought about building another really nice one but boy I sure like my redneck blinds! Pricey but sweet!

Is there a herbicide I can use that is safe on pines and dogwoods to keep the grass and broad leafs at bay?

I moved 28 this last weekend and I left the dirt/mud on all of them. My theory was that the roots drying out is what kills a tree so I figured leaving the ball would put less stress on the tree. I am also going to be tilling up this field for food plot so the holes didn't really matter.

Bingo. That is what I would do much when starting a new plot to use a round up ready planting first.
