Shot a doe about 30 mins ago. She’s down at the bottom of my tree in the shade. It’s 43 degrees. Am I good to keep hunting a couple more hours? Clean pass through shot, bright red blood, went down right away.

I have bulky old climbing sticks and looking to upgrade to something lighter/better. Mostly looking at Hawk Helium sticks (due to price point), but was more curious on your opinions on the 20” (set of 4)...
Thanks for starting this thread, I fall in the new hunter category. One thing I don’t understand (but can’t be that difficult?) is how “thermals” work. Anyone have any good links or any info there?

Regarding saddles, it is interesting to me since I don’t have much gear right now, just a hefty bill to get set up with it. Seems like the trendy thing all the cool kids do these days...
