It's def not getting spotted cause I've had them blowing in thick pines before they get to me. The trail is down wind and it isn't very often one shows up on down wind side. Then they don't get alarmed. Go figure

An acre and a half but I'm only watering the rye/ clover and turnips which is just under a half acre if that. That is the area closest to my shooting shak. Would be impossible to water whole thing but I try to keep by the shak looking the best.

I think any amount of water will help. Last year in major drought I ran 600 feet of hose out to my plot and it stayed lush green for me. I have been watering all week this week and it looks good. Just moving the hose around every 8 hours. I know its not giving it a lot of water but is working...
